1. Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation After Driver Arrival
If the taxi has already arrived at the customer’s location and you cancel, a one-time cancellation fee of Rs. 300 must be paid to the driver.
3. No-Show
If the customer does not inform us of schedule changes at least 8 hours before pickup and does not show up, no refund will be given for prepaid bookings.
4. Modifying a Booking
- You may request changes to time, vehicle type or destination
- Requests must be made at least 8 hours before pickup time
- Changes within 8 hours of pickup will not be accepted
- Vehicle type changes are subject to availability

5. Refund Policy
- Refunds apply only to prepaid bookings made through our website or authorised channels
- Cash payments or payments made directly to the driver are generally not refundable through us
- To be eligible for a refund, cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup
- Promotional / discounted / non-refundable fares may not be eligible for refund
